Bored... what else is new?

well, tonight, i am babysitting with chelsey. its really kind of boring right now... plus i've been babysitting every weekend for the past month! anyway, i just thought i would update this dumb thing so people would stop being jerks... *cou--chelsey--gh* *cou--christian--gh* anyway, till next time... Greased Lightning

Well, im sure many of you have heard the rumor of my awesome christmas present: a brand new lime green bug... well. They are true, although not in the way you might think. I did in fact get a car-- actually, in all reality, i got two-- but they are merely toys. literally. Neither one is any bigger than a large orange. clearly not big enough to actually get inside and go for a drive, although they do wind up nicely. For those of you who have seen the proof that this car is actually too small to drive, lucky you. If you are one of those who has not yet seen my toy car, hopefully sometime in the near future you will have the obvious pleasure of possibly test driving it across a table, or on the floor... Anyway, i thought i should clear things up for those of you who did not yet know of my new suprise, and for those who did know, but thought it was driveable. Anyway, Hope you don't feel like idiots for believing that i got a car... even though i did:)

Welcome to 2007!

wow. in just 6 months from now, i will be graduating form high school. the concept of this scares the living crap outta me ruight now. Anyway... So last night was new years eve, and i had a blast with the fam! Me and my parents went out to this really nice restauraunt for supper, which was absolutely delicious, but fairly expensive to me... Then, we headed over to empire theatres to go see "A Night At The Museum" which was absolutely hilarious!!! It stars Ben Stiller, and included such actors as Dick Van Dyke, and Robin Williams, and man was it funny!!! Its about a guy who takes a job at the local museum as the night guard, only to find out that at night after everyone is gone, and all the lights are turned out, all of the museums exhibits come to life. i highly reccomend going to see this movie, cause its super funny! After that, we went to my parent's friends house for the rest of the evening. There we hung out with friends, and family and celebrated the new year with some laughs, some memories, some old stories, and some great jokes. Alot of fun was had by all, especially when it came time to count in the new year!As we all gathered in the small living room infront of the big screen TV with out little party hats and noise makers, we laughed and giggled the night away. what a great night. i hope i can join in on the fun again next year too!!!:)

Oh yeah! Rock!!! Bet none of you were expecting me to post again this soon... and by none of you, i mean christian, seeing as he's the only one who ever visits this thing besides me... anyway, so this is me, posting again, for the second time in like 3 days.... wow, look at me go. Wohoo!!! i am so not cool. lol. Ok, Laterz. Leave some love:)

It's a Small World After All

My dog is the biggest, cutest, suck up ever. Seriously!!! All he has to do is bat those big brown eyes at you, and your heart melts. I love him to death!!!

Back in May of 2005 we had to put my other doggie, Duke down because his hips just weren't what they used to be, and he was getting old. It got to the point where he couldn't stand up on his own anymore. It was a terrible weekend. Actually, it was the weekend of the Spring Youth Conference in Moncton. I was worried about Duke all weekend, but i knew he was ok, because my Aunt Sheila and herboyfriend Jim were looking after him for us. Anyway, we got home on Sunday, and with Monday being a holiday, my Mom and Dad took Duke over to Tom Prime's Vet Clinic, and that was the last time i ever saw him... It was really sad, because we got Duke as a puppy when i was about 3 years old. Duke was 3 months old when we brought him home from the SPCA. We practically grew up together, even though he was more of my Dad's dog, then mine. He always followed Dad everywhere. It was cute.

Then, in July of that same year, my Dad had a Dentist appointment at Dr. Joy Graham's office, and wouldn't you know, she was a BIG dog person. She remembered that Dad had said Duke wasn't doing so well the last time he was in, and asked him how he was doing. Dad proceeded to explain what had happened. Suddenly, Dr. Graham was telling dad about this guy she knew who was selling Pure-Bred Labrador Retrievers, and that he still had quite a few left.

That night,we ate supper, Dad called the guy who had the puppies, and then we alll climbed into the Canyon(our truck, in case you didn't know...) and headed for town. When we arrived at this guys house, my Dad climbed out of the truck, and went to introduce himself to this supposedly stranger. Suddenly the man piped up and said "Well if it isn't Hank (my last name)" and my Dad suddenly said "Well Jimmy, How've you been???" It turned out that my Dad and this man had grown up together when they were younger... much younger (ahem... sorry dad:) ) and it had been years since they had seen each other. And if you hadn't figured it out yet, my Dad is practically a spitting image of his father.

Anyway, Jimmy, took us around back to where all the puppies where and we picked Smokey out of the 8 puppies that were there. That night, my Dad went out with his buddies (they do it every thursday night) and me and mom hung out with our new puppy. He was so cute then, and he still is now. I just love him to pieces.

Sheesh, people... stop hounding me!!!

Ok, so i updated this thing on saturday, and already i've got people nagging me... COU-christian haines-GH... anyway. So this is me updateing my blog... Man this week sucks...
Ok, so yesterday, the fourteenth, would have been my grammie's 76th bitrthday... but she passed away almost 10 years ago... if that wasn't enough of a downer, my moms dad passed away 26 years ago on remembrance day... even though i didn't know the guy, cause he died before i was born... it makes me sad to think i never met him. then... yet another thing... we had to put my cat down in the summer, and it will be three months tomorrow... sadness is all around me... so people, leave me alone, i'm having a bad week!!! love you all though! i will post again... eventually...

Im so sorry that it has taken me this long to update this darn thing, but i warned you in my first post hat i suck at this stuff... remember the 3 that i only posted on once, and never did anything else??? so there!!! *COU-chelsey plamer-GH* lol. I rented a playstation game on the weekend, and i've been playing that all week because i have to take it back saturday... anyway, enough about that. i posted a new one, so get off my back... oh, chelsey, yoiu'll need a ladder. love ya'll. tune in again soon!!! talk at cha laters!
